products are portrayed (photo lighting and resolution, monitor
settings, type of computer, etc). Sizing may not always be the same

there are any queries. We will attempt to deal with any product issues

If an order is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified as soon
as possible and refunded the correct amount accordingly. All orders
placed through our blog are subject to availability.

Returns and Exchanges :

purchase and we are more than happy to help. Our policy applies to all

Regarding any problems on the products that has been succesfully received
and delivered to you, you will be sent an email which will give you
instructions on returning the item/s, if you receive a faulty product
please contact us immediately so that we can have the item exchanged
or repaired for you.

Methods of Payment :
For now we only accept bank transfer. You have 3 days to complete your bank
transfer after we have received your order form and we will reserved the
items within these 3 days. When the payment is done, We will need you to
text us via phone on the details of your transaction such as time, amount,
name, and order code. You will then received your items via post delivery
within 7 working days. Additional RM7 will be charged for this delivery
process. At the moment we only accept customer from Malaysia and Indonesia.
Customer from Indonesia will need to email directly to us on the items
wanted so that we can provide the details of products and also methods
of payment.
